Where races are won and lost

8 runs. 8 stations. The back half decides your time.

By the lunges and wall balls you've been racing for over an hour. If your fuel runs low, that's where your pace drops. Your coach plans your nutrition around the moments that matter.

FAQ

Questions before you start

Still unsure? Book a free 15-minute call with a coach.

Do I need a race booked?

No. You can start in a build phase, but a race 12 to 16 weeks away gives the program a clear finish line, and your coach will plan around it.

Is this a meal plan?

It's a fuelling plan with a coach. You get targets and meal guidance for your training days, and your coach adjusts them as your training changes.

Does it work for Doubles, Relay and Pro?

Yes. Your coach plans around your division, race time and the stations you race.

I already train with a coach at my gym. Does this replace them?

No. Your nutrition coach works alongside your training, fuelling the sessions your gym coach programs.

What happens after 12 weeks?

Your coach reviews your race with you and sets you up for your next training block.
